Hi together, I’m at the end with my wisdom and my nerves. Maybe one of you is helping me out of the valley of tears. It’s about a Fiesta Bj. 90. For some time now, he only brings partial power under load and does not take any gas, which means that I have to switch some down to the 3rd aisle on climbs where he used to offer quite suitable power in the 4th aisle. On bigger climbs, I have to go down to the 2nd aisle where he came through in the 3rd aisle. r in the higher speed range there is a chance for load. In the stand and at low speeds, it is estimated that around 1000 rpm of vibrations can be felt which are removed in the higher speed range. During the ride, the vibrations occur at load and in the speed range estimated around 2500 rpm. It takes gas in the stand and uncoupled during the ride, i.e. the speed shoots high. First I replaced the defective poti at the throttle valve, the cables were I have replaced and made the following: – spark plugs replaced – ignition coil replaced – temperature sensor replaced from the cooling circuit – sensor replaced from the crankshaft – sensor replaced from the vacuum hose – Lambda probe replaced – Motorcraft EDIS ignition module replaced – valve play set 0,2/0,35 Despite all attempts it remains with the above behavior. In my experiments I noticed the following: – engine starts cold and warm without problems – spark plug from cylinder 4 Is wet – Ignition spark on cylinder 2 and 4 is very weak compared to the ignition spark 1 and 3 – smells like fuel – needs a lot of fuel To the ignition sparks I have to say one more thing: The Fiesta has a 2 sparks gun coil. Zyl. 1 and 4 are together on one and Zyl. 2 and 3 are together on the other coil. So each on one coil a strong and a weak ignition spark. So, hopefully nobody is afraid of so much text. The story has been going on for a few weeks now. Hoff There’s someone out there who can help me.
