Hey guys, I have a question. I was flashed in a 30’s zone by a moile speed camera, i.e. there was a person sitting in the car that I was then flashed by and the person noticed my license plate. Isn’t it that this person can’t prove that I was driving!? The person didn’t take a picture of my license plate (deficiency of evidence) and secondly a x-anyone could be on my bike right now. Who can tell me? help?????
