Hello, I will drive two horses (approx. 800kg each) on the weekend with our new trailer. Towing vehicle is a long G400 cdi and the trailer is now approved, with appropriate towing vehicle up to 100 km/h. My questions now: Is it recommended to use the rails. Speed up to max. 110 km/h, or can this become dangerous? I have already driven around a lot with horse hangers, but always only with the old ones who were registered up to 80 km/h, i.e. max. 90. Oh yes, noc hn what: What do you do if the team should swing? Give it up, or brake it? I’ve always slowed down, but now a professional trucker has made me crazy because he thinks you have to give it up to pull the whole thing up. Or something like that. Thanks
