After reading so much negative for the purpose of mobility guarantee …. times my positive experience with it here !Mondays suddenly give strong vibrating of the car with the gas. Speed over 1500 not as normal at so 900.In case of error read out ignition oscillator detected! vehicle is built 9/2021 and thus still has warranty !Mobil Assist called and described problem. case recorded, she sends someone out.After about an hour then a nice gentleman from the ADAC came,the spark plugs and S Despite the ignition oscillation on the 3rd cylinder the gentleman then meant further he could do Nix on site he contacted the colleague to tow into the workshop! Came then after 20 minutes and towed me to the workshop.Car dealership/workshop no replacement car there…. Mobil Assist then got me a replacement car through a car rental, which has even been brought to the car dealership waiting time one and a half hours … a Polestar2, where I was made available free of charge until Saturdays and where I could just leave my car in the car dealership/shop, leave keys with them, they pick it up there again. To my surprise I was able to pick up my repaired car again on Thursday. Spark plugs and ignition coil was renewed. Everything on guarantee basis processed and did not cost me a cent ! Since then no more vibrating or abnormalities! Hope it stays that way!
