For Moin Moin Intresser I have a question about the driver’s license when I am travelling as a pedestrian. Situation was that I came from the university with some colleagues. Before the university half the walkway is converted to the bike path. Two colleagues fit side by side, I follow. Somehow we come to the weather and one thinks it would be quite cold. I take my phone out to check the weather program, close up to it and probably come to the white line of the bike path. m then just say that it is still 23 degrees, when I suddenly hear only a ringing, almost the phone is torn from my hand and in the millimetre kingdom a cyclist chases past me. First reaction that the guy almost drove me over the heap, is of course that I after him “fit nevertheless on you bird ” roars. Were only millimeters and he really ringed only when his front tire has driven me almost over the feet. The second act then looked like the Ker I actually came back and messed up with me. He always ripped me around by the jacket sleeve and pissed me off what I had to look for on the bike path. Mind you, we’re talking about a combined bike footpath and not a pure bike path. Then I looked him firmly in the eyes and meant that he was already pretty close to me and if he expects me to jump to the side like a cat just because he comes balled. Meanwhile he is spit-wide and I Something, doesn’t know if it was due to my heavy, dark leather jacket, the eye contact or my aggressive voice, but then causes him to give heel money. Happy ending. Then I yelled something after that that I as a motorist can not just drive someone over the pile just because he is on my road. Question: If the thing had escalated now and it had come to the fight and according to my colleagues have n a few millimeters missing, so to speak 1 to 12, would I then have got stress with the driver’s license or points?! The whole is an incident in the public traffic space between two road users. Could something have happened?! Thanks for answers and a nice day
