Leasing invoice creative -> 0.25% ???

Hi, Tesla advertises for leasing: Quotation: Benefit now from 0.25% Leasing Applies to all 75 models Example of calculation: Cash purchase price EUR 78.770, monthly leasing rate EUR 650, duration 48 months, maximum driving performance 10的000 km/year and a down payment of 30%. Free leasing offer by X-Leasing GmbH, Richard-Strauss-Str. 69, 81679 Munich. Conclusion of the leasing contract subject to a positive credit check by the above-mentioned company. 75 models? 2 models: S and X. Presumably the 75 kWh models are meant. And in the Tesla Newsletter of June 2017 (“Tesla Updates June 2017″ from 28.06.2017” it was only 10% down payment, but in principle the same: quote: Take advantage of the brand new leasing conditions of 0.25% and now secure your place behind the tax of a Model S from 660 EUR or a Model X from 807 EUR per month with only 10% down payment*. Take advantage of an additional 4,000 EUR environmental bonus and 10 years of decree de r Car tax. Quote: * Cash purchase price of Model S EUR 79.210, monthly leasing rate EUR 660, duration 48 months, maximum driving performance 10 000 km/year and a deposit of EUR 7.877 (10%). Cash purchase price of Model X EUR 97,190, monthly leasing rate EUR 807, duration 48 months, maximum driving performance 10 000 km/year and a deposit of EUR 9719 (10%). Free-of-charge leasing offer by X-Leasing GmbH, Richard-Strauss-Str. 69, 81679 Munich. What about the invoice, which results in a “0.25% leasing”? Because this is not intuitive to me. And if I look at the figures like this, then there is something wrong with the result of this invoice and I get a very bad impression. If I calculate: 650/78.770 = 0.825% with 30% down payment 660/79.120 = 0.834% with 10% down payment 807/97.190 = 0.830% with 10% down payment And then I look at the web page. the said company “X-Leasing”, then there is nothing to see about it at all. But it starts at 999 a month at 20,000 EUR down payment. Did any of you understand by which magic the 0.25% should come about?
