Omega B – X30XE – Is there a check valve in the fuel system?

Hello together, in the fuel return line, i.e. from the engine to the tank, there is a fallback valve installed somewhere in the B-Omega. Where exactly is this installed and what function does it have? My Omega sometimes starts a bit heavy at the moment. But I don’t know if this has anything to do with it. Petrol pump and filters are already new, fuel lines have also been renewed. As well as the spark plugs, ignition cables and DIS module. Now I still have this fallback valve. I suspect, because I just think that the petrol pressure is lost somewhere when it stands longer. This valve can’t be there to hold the petrol pressure, can it? The valve must be so built in that I have passage to the tank. So the fuel pressure would also degrade through this valve. Thanks for your help. Mfg
