Platter winter tires noticed in used cars after over 6 months – who is liable?

Good day dear community ;-), I’m new here and unfortunately I don’t know if this thread already exists (in 50 times version). My problem is the following: I bought my used Skoda Roomster at the beginning of May from a dealer in Berlin – 8 times matured, but at the time of course with summer tyres. Recently I noticed after the rearing of the winter tyres that a tire was flat after about a day. From to the tank, pumped – the next day the same thing. If the seller = dealer replaces me with one tire, although this defect was only found after more than 6 months? From 6 months the burden of proof for material defects lies with the buyer, as much as I know. But how should I first recognize the defect before or 2. prove afterwards that tires x was already flat before? I logically only pull the winter tires on it when it is necessary, and therefore did not recognize the defect sooner. Has anyone of you already so something experienced and can help me? If that’s important: I have a used car warranty (which doesn’t really cover it) and I don’t have legal protection insurance that I could ask 😉 . Maybe jmd knows advice? 1,000 thanks already in advance! Cheers and LG Schmelix
