Hello guys, I’ve also become an oldtimer driver/owner since May. The vehicle has been restored, new GM engine and new Quick Fuel carburetor is in it. However, the engine runs after shorter rides and quite uneven. The workshop has not really managed to adjust the carburetor, because they hardly know this carburetor. Now it is recommended to me to install an AVS2 650 carburetor from Edelbrock, because it is a lot easy. the proximity of Mössingen near Tübingen, who are familiar with such things. Or what would you recommend to me? The engine is supposed to be running pretty fat and giving gas quite black smoke clouds come out in the back. Please for help. Thank you in advance!
