Rebooked in spite of termination…Cancellation ineffective???

Hello community! On the facts: In October 2011 I received (even if not completely understandable for me) a termination of my car insurance at the end of the year. A short time later (about 1-2 weeks) I received a new contribution invoice for the year 2012 with a reduced contribution payment by 5 Euro/month. Understandably because I had no damage in 2011. I know that these contribution calculations are mostly sent automatically therefore I nevertheless on 01.01. n a new insurer, however, with whom I pay more than with the old one. NUN, however, yesterday my old insurer deducted again from my account…and that is the changed contribution!!! A friend of mine, also active in the insurance industry, has now told me that the termination is void (actually even with the recalculation of the contribution) because with the debiting of the contribution the insurance indicates that it is the policyholder in de The question now is whether I can insist that I can stay with the insurance company even further this year, because from the contribution this would be interesting and the insurance could only be terminated if a damage which it has to regulate and makes use of the special notice right. If someone can say something about it or has experience with such things then always come with the information, thank you already! Lybranatic
