Recurring squeaking: Cause of noise after V-belt changes?

Hello community! I drive a Nissan Micra K12 from 2006, which already has 150,000 kilometers on the speedometer. I own this car for four years. In recent months I had some problems for which I have renewed the following parts: the left wheel bearing was replaced, new tires were installed, the right crossbar was replaced and last I changed the V-belt. I changed the V-belt because it made occasional noises and the old already But now I have the following problem: For a week the car ran great, without noises and very quiet – finally. But suddenly, whenever I start the engine cold, it started to squeak. The sound comes back from the right side. At first I thought the mechanic had installed the V-belt incorrectly, but I’m not sure. I sent him a video and he said it could be the wheels. If I give gas, the noise will be faster. Yesterday l Two days ago I drove about 30 minutes, then took a short break, and after the second reboot the sound disappeared. But after the third start it was back. I’m a bit confused. What do you think the problem might be? Video: https://youtube.com/shorts/fGIcJ89SWHs?feature=share
