Since there is a lot of discussion about winter tires at the moment, the following thought came spontaneously to me, which I would like to put to the general discussion: What can one think of “renewed tires”? Some tyre dealers here in my area basically refuse to assemble such tires, some free workshops, which have appropriate equipment, however, pull them quite on if the customer is not to be distracted from the idea. With my Peugeot 106 always new tires come out f, with these 08/15 sizes, the price difference from retreaded to new is also to be neglected. However, with other tyre sizes this looks quite different.
