I bought a car about 3 weeks ago. Apparently the car had a grosser accident on the right side. In the purchase contract there was nothing of “accident-free” or “accident car”. He also said to me that the car had an accident. I wanted to install new loudspeakers in the doors. So interior cladding down. With the driver side everything normal except a non-original speaker. At the passenger side the horror came. So inside the door ROT was not the originals of the car. So I took off the interior cladding at the back door, and look, this one is also red. So I drove to a mechanic and he looked at the whole thing more closely. He found that not only the doors were changed but also the rear fender was re-welded. So welding work on the body. I was told nothing about this when buying a car. It is the whole right side of the car no longer original and the gap dimensions Do not fit together at all and the door is not easy to close Now I would like to know if I can undo the purchase contract ? Apparently the previous owner knew what about the accident damage because he installed new loudspeakers and must have seen the inner red side of the doors. I was told nothing about it. In the purchase contract there is nothing about “accident-free” or “accident car”. Does not the seller have the duty to tell the buyer whether it is an accident llwagen trading ? Do I have chances to undo the purchase contract ? Thank you for the answer in advance
