Sometimes splashy, sometimes not – Audi 80 B4 ABT (90 hp)

Hello together! After already a few weeks ago I have made a defective intake air temperature generator as cause for my power loss, now a new, strange behavior has set itself: In 90% of the cases the engine runs quite normal, i.e. it runs round and runs evenly. No or only minimal jerker during high and downhill under load. However, it seems a bit attached. The behavior is independent of the temperature. In the other 10% however the engine goes far better from the stand: No matter if it is cold or warm, it goes through much better and turns up much faster. It also hangs much better on the gas when starting up (you have to push the accelerator much less to drive normally). Makes then really fun to drive. However: engine off and off again and everything is over again. The following I have already done or checked (in chronological order): -Thermostat exchanged because defective – petrol pump new it works because the hot air flap in the intake tube -Flange between mono-mo and cracker is dense (when the air filter box is wobbly, no change in the motor run) -Tube on the intake manifold for connection with BKV renewed because defective. -Cool water temperature sensor tested: OK -Intake air temperature sensor replaced because defective -Injection valve measured: Is OK -Zündspule measured: Is OK -Distributor sight test: Obvious OK -Contact spray on ignition cable and in Vertei -New spark plugs (WR 7 LTC+ from Bosch). The old (~1 year) were burnt off very light grey to white (= too lean) -Lamda probe sometimes tested: No change Another question: I have a preheating device (electric) in the intake manifold below. It is in me can there be something else? Hope you still have the one or the other tip for me, because I’m starting to get the ideas… Greetings, Berni
