Hello, I have a small problem: I looked at a car on the weekend, a Renault 21 with a few defects, of which the seller promised me in writing to remove them. In addition to the removal of the light water entrance in the front room, the seller also promised me 2 years TÜV and AU in writing, both had just expired. He wanted to take over all necessary repairs. I agreed to this agreement and paid 50 euros against receipt. t. The vehicle has a 30 cm long crack in the windscreen on the driver’s side, about 15 cm from the lower edge, which runs down at the end. For me it was clear that this crack is deplorable by the TÜV. Now, however, the vehicle has got TÜV, however, and the disc is on the list of defects. Question: do I have to accept the vehicle in this way or can I ask the seller to repair the disc? What about the other defects on the list of defects? which do not fall under wear parts? For the next purchase contract with TÜV Verantwortung I know now definitely, the TÜV will be there without defects. MFG Jan
