Tyres complain Tiredirect.com Dunlop Response 2

2 weeks ago I bought the 4 new winter tires Dunlop Response 2 195/65 R15 91T at Reifendirect.de and installed it via a “assembly partner”. The tires are very soft in profile. From 140-160 kmh/h. it is very difficult to hold, it floats back and forth. I can claim it at Reifendirect, then the tires are sent to the manufacturer and tested and I get the new ones. But if this is not a refen error, but its speciality, all costs will be included in my calculation. Then I have the same bad tires and more than double the cost. How should I look at the tires as a loan? I find this procedure quite compulsorily. Has anyone already had similar experience?
