Hello dear forum members, I hope I’m right here and find help. And I bought an Audi from 2015 today via a car dealer. The dealer has unfortunately only acted as an intermediary. The car has today at purchase 49000km. On the way home we have already been able to see the excerpts of carfax where it says that he already had 78000km at import to Germany (end of 2017, as an accident car). At the beginning of 2018 he was repaired in Germany and surely also driven bi s today, therefore there is no question that the mileage cannot be right. In the purchase contract stands at mileage “lt Tacho”. What does my legal situation now look like since the seller only acted as an intermediary? Can I now even allow it to happen on Monday or then the legal situation changes when I give everything to the lawyer? Has anyone already experienced a similar case ? Thanks in advance ??
