Used vehicle in bad general condition.

Hello, I have inherited a small car, Skoda Fabia 2, EZ 2009. The car has a good 90,000 KM down, drives also quite normal and went through the TÜV only in June. However, the car has really many optical and functional defects. – two clearly visible bumps/delles at the front side and at the rear wing – in the interior a lot was smoked, corresponding strong yellowing in the sky and everywhere – exterior mirror at the passenger side can no longer be properly adjusted – Zentr alverlockung sometimes does not work, electric window lifter on the passenger side is defective, at the driver side it sometimes stops and also the trunk can be opened and sometimes not. There will probably be something with the electronics, no idea. – Inspections/maintenance or something has never been done. Only Tüv, oil change and air conditioning has been produced, nothing else. – Tires still have a profile but I think I’m already over 10 years old. I would have these defects corrected, would it cost me more than the car is still worth, wouldn’t it? So I wanted to ask what to do with such a car? Since the car “first” ran 90,000 kilometers, one could drive it theoretically still a few years, even with these described defects. Has it only just come through the TÜV without complaints. Would you just scrap such a car directly if you didn’t need it yourself? Or is there a handle r, who still buy such cars for little money and can start anything with it?
