In a few weeks I will be travelling with my partner to Tuscany, from Bavaria, for about 10 days. And now I have the serious question of whether I can get a suitable SIXT car in Munich or with my 2019 CLS 450 petroler the approx. 2,000 km round trip. With a roughly calculated consumption of 9 liters per 100 km this would be around 340 EUR for petrol, which always comes up. However, one calculates at least 50 ct. per km for petrol, wear, loss of value etc. (will It’s probably not enough). So if I deduct the petrol from approx. 1,000 EUR driving costs, still 660 EUR remain for the “other costs”. I actually get a rental car for the time… and if I expect that with my car each km costs more 60 or 70 ct., then we are already in the plus with the rental car. I just shy away from driving the km stand so high, he currently has about 60,000 km on it. How do you see that? VG Daniel
