2. Accident Within 2 months, report despite old damage?

Hello, in mid-November I had an accident without fault. At the roundabout one took my way. Damage at my front right, fender, light, bumper and various small parts. Replacement value 3.500 € Repair costs without VAT. 2.000 € Everything went through a lawyer, on 18.12.13 I got the 2,000 € from the insurance. Since we went on holiday over Christmas, I wanted to bring my car next week, so at the beginning of January in the workshop to the Yesterday afternoon, another one took the lead at a crossroads and drove me frontally into the passenger door, so I was not in debt again. On Tuesday, I have an appointment with the expert, who will take the old damage at the front right. If this is deducted at the new replacement value, because the car was not “complete” at the time of the accident. The new replacement value would be 3.500€ – 2.000€ = 1.500€ With the new damage I assume total economic damage, door, column, frame etc. How is this calculated then, I wanted to bring my car to the workshop next week. After the repair the replacement value would be higher again. I am concerned that in the end I will not only get 100 € and then can see how I can have the new damage corrected or buy new car, with 100 €. Or in this case I have the absolute value of 100 €. A* card drawn and I was guilty of going to the Christmas holidays and not to the workshop? Would be great if someone knew and had a clue and would like to tell me his knowledge 😉 Greeting Chris
