Hello to each other, actually we wanted to get a nearly 1 year old Peugeot 4008 in the coming days. This is technically based almost 100% on the Mitsubishi ASX. After the initial euphoria has faded away slowly doubts come to me. 1. Short maintenance intervals – The ASX or 4008 must be all 15,000km or at the latest after 1 year for maintenance. A small inspection costs apparently around 200€, a large around 400€ (if you bring your own oil). Is this still up-to-date ? Our Tiguan, for example, only has to be inspected every 30.000km or 2 years thanks to LongLife. It is probably still due to the possible oil dilution of the ASX 150PS diesel!?. 2nd susceptibility to rust. I have already read several times of rust at the exhaust system, underbody with the ASX. I don’t know if this is also the case with the 4008. Is this still a problem? 3. Poor heating performance. The ASX probably doesn’t get really warm. Our Tiguan is pleasantly warm after 30 minutes at -10 degrees. 4. Delayed, slow navigator. The MMCS that is installed in the ASX or 4008 is no longer up-to-date. No TTS, no track assistant, slow,… Mobile phone pairing – Only a few mobile phones are supported. Thus, it is not possible to pair a Nokia 6303 with Mitsubishilink page. 5. If it should be a purchase: I was sitting in a 4008 with panoramic roof. ond the headroom is not exactly the bringer. How much space does the Panormadach require, or how much space do you gain if you have not installed the panoramic roof ? Thanks in advance LG Martin
