Hello, I still haven’t bought a moped. Now I’ve found a Malaguti Dune Black Edition (CBS brakes), but 140km away from me. Suppose I have the moped delivered and it’s causing problems (brakes not really exposed or even worse) – they pick it up then or do I have to take the motorcycle there? According to BGB (replenishment §439) they would have to pick it up. Is this also practised? Or can I claim warranty cases at JEDER contract workshop ? Because there would be enough in the Munich environment. Thanks in advance!
