Cameras as a solution for narrow driveway?

I have already written in another forum what my problem is: with soon three children I need a bigger car than my current A-Class. Cars like the Touran may not be big enough, cars like the Sharan don’t fit into my narrow driveway or just close. Now I have thought about the following: can’t you equip a big car like Sharan with a camera system so that you can see if you are scratching at the sides when you drive into the driveway? The stupid thing is that the sensors are on the outside mirrors and they have to be folded when I drive into the driveway. After all, the side view at Mercedes also works with the other sensors. Volkswagen unfortunately only seems to install this at the Tiguan, but obviously not at the models I described. My questions: there are any cars in the category Minivan, where one can have such cameras installed by the manufacturer? Return camera nice and good, but that does not help me with my narrow courtyard entrance. Parking aids also not. If no, I have seen that one can have such a thing retrofitted. How reliable are such options, and what costs arise in some way? Are there possibly technical obstacles when installing certain cars? Thank you and greetings. Andydomingo
