Car loan, job change and (overstood) probationary period

Hello, this time it’s not about me personally, but about an acquaintance of mine. But also about the basics in the granting of a loan. The following: My acquaintance has been working in a company for about 15 years, but will start a new job on 01.07.2018. She then earns just as much, however, as with almost every job change, is only once for 6 months in the probation period. So the probation period survived in January 2019, after that she has an indefinite contract. It is not possible for a probationary period and it is not advisable to take out a loan. These 6 months would still survive them with their current car. The car is old, but still has TÜV until March 2019. After that, it is planned to go to the scrap yard. The purchase of a new car is planned at the latest in March/April 2019, after the old car has been “disposed”. The new car can cost around 20,000€, but in one stroke it can pay at least 12.00€. In March/April, the trial period would have been over for a good three months. What are the chances that she will get a loan for car financing at this time? Everything else is, of course, consistent, so Schufa score, etc… Thank you very much
