Car pulls crazy to the left with new tires, where can the error lie?

A colleague/friend of mine, had his Opel Astra Caravan 1.9 CDTI, Built at the end of 2007, 58000 km, new tires installed (Continental). Since then, the car has moved insanely to the left. If you hold the steering wheel on a straight track, it drives 1a straight ahead. If you let it go a bit loose, the steering wheel pulls directly to the left and the car runs strack to the left. Only very hard can it be brought to the straight position, where it then goes straight again 1a. Curious: He was At the month, where 3 tyres were mounted on the car (left side and back right), the mechanic lowered the stage and has already tightened the 3 wheels. The 4 wheel was not mounted yet (because not yet finished), so he hung the front right without a wheel. Can it have to do with it? In the complaint, the workshop has remeasured the axle, everything ok! Where can the fault lie? Can it have something to do with the mechanic having relieved the stage when he only had to measure on 3 Is there a bit distorted/adjusted (brake disk, track rod/spur bar head……)? An acquaintance said that a cathedral warehouse might have tangled up and it comes along. Thank you for the help!!!
