A question about Deutsche internet insurance AG: Has any of you ever had experience in the case of Kasko? Somehow I have the impression that you are quite lame in good German, and even with questions about the new contract, to which you can not get an answer at all by writing. You can not reach this insurance, except in case of damage. Well, the contribution is quite low, but with bad service you don’t have any too much….. What is this supposed to look like only when you want to handle a cash case with this insurance and want to have money from them? Greetings, Roland
