Hello,. my Space Star DG0 1999 just went out during the ride. He otherwise always jumped excellently fast. Now he just went out abruptly on the last meters in the step mpo. 2 years ago I had a problem with the immobilizer. Then there was a new key in the workshop around the corner. Unfortunately, there is now no more. Next workshop 30km away (250Euro collection costs). In this way he is economic total damage 🙁 Considerations: At the then Wegf the engine started during starter turning and then fell due to the defective key after exactly 1 sec. This time the engine does not jump in the least. The relay for the petrol pump pulls on when starting and falls after 1 sec after starter turning again. As far as ok. Spark with external spark plug I could not detect. The candle smelled after the expansion slightly after petrol, but was not wet. Ergo would still be there. Pressure too low? Is it possible for the pump to switch off or is it always turning at the start and the engine running? Can it hear the constant rotation when I press the pump relay. Question to the immobilizer experts: If I keep the petrol pump relay pressed after the start, then the immobilizer on this model DG0 is bypassed? Is only a basic information that I need to understand the function. Furthermore, I ask which errors on the electric side interrupt the ignition sparks immediately. d this also lasts until the correcting of errors. I spontaneously only think of something like a crankshaft rotation sensor. Where would the possibly with the DG0? Would there be something else in question? Would like to drive the car still at least until Tüv-Ende 11/2019. I don’t want to invest more than for small parts anymore. The DG0 is a very good car.
