Extreme fuss in the workshop

Hi The following pictures are from my father’s car, an EU9 Civic. The car comes fresh from the 60,000 service of an Upper Austrian Honda contract workshop. Here’s a picture:Flansch Note how the upper screw is “attached”. The result was a tractor-like intake noise. And the second:Safety holder The holder is above the air filter housing. In order to be able to change the filter, this shown safety holder must be removed. The mechanic obviously does not have it without violence. With regard to this “quality work”, I ask myself whether a master has ever seen this car, and in what year the apprentice was. I can actually say nothing more about it, if I am quite honest. Except that I am very negatively surprised. Mfg Ben
