Hello! This is extremely embarrassing to me and my first incident in the road traffic and then directly something like that… was flashed the first time 1month ago. Today the post came: allegedly 24kmh too fast within 30zone. (no my nick and my car have nothing to do with youthful madness). The car was also a Johanniter car. In the letter it says e.g. “If they testify. I will decide taking into account this admission”. In the whole text there is only something about fines. I’m afraid of a review because at the time of the incident I didn’t have a probation period yet, but only for almost 2 weeks. The “impairment of order”, as it is called, can follow an MPU??? Nothing was called in the letter until now!? At the time of writing, however, I had my probation time already. What do I do best?? I once attached the letter here
