Handbrake pulls unevenly

Hello, again I have to turn to you. I doubt at the moment with my hand brake. Short history. I just had my “Pickerl” check done. Heavy lack of the hand brake since left side 0 brake force. At the pickerl in front the left side pulled also weaker but was in the frame. Everything disassembled and saw that the springs, which hold the hand brake cheeks, were hung out on the left. I then have on both sides new hand brake cheeks , springs and the standard n After that, I had to tighten it a lot. Now to the problem. The left side pulls again, however, even with a relaxed hand-breeze. On the right, it works well. What can this be about? Do you think about the ropes? How do broken ropes make themselves felt? My mechanic was there by chance and gave me b have also looked whether the rope pulls or tightens. He saw how it moves at the brake. Another idea would be that the spray plates are bent, by hanging out the spring? Thus, possibly the springs do not sit well and the brake cheeks sit too far outside? Just such a thought… Or do you think it fits all like this and I try to put the hand brake on the wheel again looser on the left. So set unevenly and try to attract them. Maybe someone has an idea and can give me a few tips Thank you anyway!! To illustrate I have attached a video. Stand now the brakes. Also from the handbrake lever since the apparently light pretension has? Sorry the long text and thanks!
