That’s how it happened. Feedback from the workshop, which also got to view the worn tire: There were considerable adjustments necessary. So far so good! Today, four days after the survey, I look for: e my wife with the car a workshop, because of noises from the front tire. The workshop found that the wheel was only so attached to the five wheel nuts. All wheel nuts were loose! After consultation in a large car dealership in Berlin, how fall and track is measured, I was told that the wheels were first dismantled to exclude mechanical damage (visibility test). What can I say! The woman at the assumption knew immediately that the tyres were not dismantled and that I was to blame! A short conversation! Result: I control the tyres myself when I get the car out of the workshop! The customer is always to blame! The customer is always the fool!
