Intake air preheating > Conversion from ADA to ABK…Use help and tips.

In the evening, a long time ago the problem had been described that my intake air preheating is defective… At the ADA there is an air valve in the air filter box bottom, which is controlled by a small thermostat. This thermostat is defective with me…This component is not available individually, you have to order directly the whole air filter box bottom, and that for 160,- Euro. And without guarantee on function, because these not often ordered parts lie well known long Z So far I have been able to fix the air valve with a little tape on almost open or close depending on the season. Problem with this is that tomorrow after the cold start the car runs very rough, and I want to turn that off now. I know that the intake air preheating is controlled in the ABC vacuum, would be nice if someone could tell me more about it and help me (possibly with pics, how the flap is now controlled exactly where the vacuum is removed). After all, some ABK riders are present here… And in principle ADA and ABK only differ in a few small areas. Thank you very much
