Kymco Downtown 300 – Semi-bearing shells out and install / rattle noise engine

After rattle noises engine split, crankshaft damage, now the problem there are no ball bearings installed, but half bearing shells no idea how to get them out or in. Maybe here is someone who can tell me how to go about it. Dieter
