Measurement tolerance Speed measurement?

Hello Does anyone know how much tolerance is deducted from the measurement result when you are flashed? (in Austria) I recently received a nice letter from the district head team that I have exceeded the permissible maximum speed by 11km/h (on the highway in a hundred), and therefore can transfer €50,-. A corresponding measurement tolerance has already been deducted in my favor. I always believed that the measurement tolerance is about 10%. But if I do this, since In reality I would have driven 123 km/h (if the measurement was correct), and that would have been at least 130 on the speedometer. I drive at 100 according to the speedometer at most 110, maybe 115, then I am in reality with the display tolerance of the speedometer about 100. As a student I did not plan much money for radar penalties. It was measured out of a car, but I don’t know if with a laser gun or radar, because I didn’t get so much money at that time. I thought I was loose in the tolerance range. Are the devices really so wrong? Or are they even set up in such a way that the tolerance subsequently deducted is added to the measurement? LG, Elwood
