Once again the painful issue of immobilizer: My car with radio key activates the immobilizer wonderfully, but then does not solve it any more in cold temperatures. (damage that it is cold in winter) Since I have a radio key, I do not have the possibility to enter a code by means of central locking. So I have to have my vehicle to towed away. Angry, I drive daily across the border to Denmark. What I have read so far. New battery— voltage off solut ok Reread keys——Permanent customer helps until it gets cold below -6 degrees Has anyone been able to deactivate their immobiliser? (According to technicians of the workshop this is not possible) I’m not talking about IR over the radio conclusions here!!! Or has someone had experience with type 2 keys? Or does someone have a solution, because a new control unit??? Then comes to 600€. Only how long does this solution last! I would be very grateful if someone had a solution.
