Motor damage Mini Cooper D 3000km after oil change

Hello together, I would like to have an opinion about the following incident: On 12.02.2021 I started my mini, which was standing because of the prevailing cold since 09.02.2021 of the cold protected city house garage, quite normal. When I wanted to speed up after a few meters, I noticed that the car did not take the gas properly. Then the engine began to stutter, it went out and did not let itself go again. The breakdown service dragged the car into the workshop. later the workshop informed me that this was not the fault, but that the engine had a total damage. When the oil was drained, it was found that almost 2 liters of oil were missing and metal pieces would indicate that the engine was no longer ready for operation due to lack of lubrication. The car ran 103,435 km at this time. It was approved in August 2014. The last oil change was on 22.07.2020 at km 100,115 m 8. There were problems when entering into the service history. I had to drive 3 times to the workshop until the service appeared in the on-board computer. On the way back my oil lamp lit up. I drove back to the workshop, had it checked and then the oil lamp was off. The car is stocked and has entered all services in the on-board computer. The display of the oil level never had a deficit light up except with the above entry in the service history. There are no traces of oil in the car’s parking lot at home, not even in the car park. I have now applied for a certificate at Mini’s, but I haven’t heard anything yet.
