I lack a little of the experience about employment relations. It is not a question of whether the facts are right in the first place, but of how you have dealt with something like this according to experience/from your own attitude. At the moment I am practicing next to The company is on site, during the job interview it was said that it is only working in this plant, there was never talk of outside operations. Now there are for about two months in the surrounding area (each about 15 km away from the main plant) external works, to which now as required must be approached with the private PKW (e.g. from midday to afternoon, but first had to be approached to ́s main plant). There were so far offiziel di The company has the solution/idea that one can stamp in a quarter of an hour earlier and then be paid by the working time for the private journey… Of course one can say: “Jupp, I’ll join in.” or “Nee, I don’t see how to take advantage of private cars at a 400 Euro job, even though there would be a company collecting taxi, which means that It is not used.” What are your opinions on this or how have you been treated in the company with such a thing?
