Pressure loss on individual tires: what to do?

Hello, the history (short version): – Thursday evening full fuelled for a bigger ride and tyre air pressure on all wheels to the standard value (fuel cover) + 0,2 bar brought, tyre pressure control (via the ABS/ESP wheel speed measurement) reset – Friday 500 km driven, car is driven until Sunday (outside) – Sunday to refuel, shortly after comes the tyre pressure indicator light, so to the next tank and everything tested: three tyres OK, only the tire is left on 1.4 instead of 2.4 bar air pressure?! – I filled up the standard pressure + 0.2 bar again, examined the tire from the outside for visible damage, waited briefly, checked again pressure: everything OK. Tyre pressure control reset – I drove carefully and at moderate speed to the test the first 50 km of the 500 km return road to the next big city, in order to check there a possible pressure loss and thus to calculate whether I still come home meaningfully and safely. At the Ü test: everything OK?!? No pressure loss at all. I drove the rest of the track first carefully and then increasingly normally to the end. I also had over 200 on it for a short time. No problems. Tyre pressure control showed nothing anymore. On the way there I was still surprised how nice the summer bikes run since the force at the speed near the vmax. It is about original Audi 17″ rims and matching tyres DOT 2007: Dunlop SP Sport 9090 – 225/45 ZR 17 91 Y How should I deal with this experience now? Is the rear left tyre defective? What should I do?
