Purchase advice: Ford Fiesta 1.5 TDCi

Hello, I looked at a Ford Fiesta 1.5 TDCi today: EZ at the beginning of 2016 30,000km The vehicle is quite well equipped and obviously very well maintained in the interior. Outside there are a few small scratchers in the paint. At the front, however, it has a damage, which the dealer had not seen “allegedly” himself. I attached a picture and labeled it… (1) painted damage (approx. 2cm) (2) crack/break of a chrome-grill-bar (3) scratches at the threshold r (approx. 4cm) (4) conspicuous small gap below the headlights (r. u. l.) In general, the whole bumper front seems to be a bit looser than normal. According to the dealer, no reason for a repair. Logical conclusion: price reduction… Of the original €11,000 he was willing to reduce to €10,700. He was not ready for more. Furthermore, he gave with a connection guarantee of 24 months to the value of 180€. Do you find the offer appropriate? rhin should be mentioned that the vehicle comes from France. Papers seem complete, but currently still French. Is this unproblematic when it comes to registration? TÜV still makes it new. Thank you! Greeting Fabian
