Hello community, I hope I ended up here in the right forum. The following: I received a hearing sheet on a penalty procedure on Friday (speed limit exceeded by 27 km/h outside on 02.12.11). After this I can answer within one week to the incident or not, so there has been no penalty notice. Now to the problem: I got my last point in February 2010. It is well known that after 2 years without new registration d ie points (currently 4) deleted. Therefore, my question is whether the date of illegality is relevant in this case or the entry into the central register with the legal validity of the communication. I am concerned that this would be the second time that, just before the end of the 2 years, such a unique faux pas again leads to an increase in the points and a new start of the 2-year period. I have already heard of the delay in the period for legal validity and I don’t know anything about the simple legal tricks because I haven’t had much to do with it so far. But it would be in my mind that if I were to get 3 points then I would at least start counting from the beginning. It just bothers me because I’m actually a very careful driver who adheres to speed control and I must have overlooked the “hundred sign”. I thank you for your help/information. hon now!
