Review of AMSOIL Synthetics 20W-50 Motorcycle Oil

In search of a better oil for my TC 96 engine, I came across an oil via industry standards and their test methods, which indicates significantly reduced wear values. Furthermore, reduced temperatures and no degradation within the oil exchange intervals were listed. In my research, I even found a comparison between the Harley oil SYN 3 and the AMSOIL, both in 20W-50. I became loud when I read that this oil almost halved the wear factor. The result on the dynamometer: the engine with AMSOIL has more than the engine filled with SYN 3. If you do not take into account the extra power, this means that the friction has been reduced and that the oil has to struggle with lower temperatures than before (less friction – little friction – less friction) and that the oil has to fight with lower temperatures. According to the company AMSOIL 15-20 Fahrenheit. This convinced me to use this oil in my bike. In search of a source of supply I came across the company B&L Motorparts, which sells the oil recently. Amount and price per 1 quart bottle (1 quart) = 0.946 L for 18.20€. Long story short: Since the week before last I have it in the engine, as well as in the primary drive and have driven up to now about 500 km. Admittedly, this is not enough for a comprehensive analysis, abe r anyway, I’m already thrilled. What immediately noticed was the smooth running of the engine, no or hardly any noises of the balancing shaft and its chain. The valve drive, in the middle speed range always good for sounds of the unwelcome kind, is completely quiet. Thus already a success, but it goes even further, if before at exits beyond 25°C outside temperature, an oil temperature of approx. 130° – 140°C set (measured at the measuring rod thermometer), it is today 10 °C less. Also the fuel consumption seems to be reduced, here I can not make a final statement, since too few km. Less temperature and less wear, these were my criteria and they seem to be true.
