Allen a nice morning, sorry if this question has been asked many times, but have found nothing specific for something to look for. I want to sell my car, have already a buyer the next week with a transporter from Poland wants to arrive to pick it up. The car is still registered and ready to drive, but the TÜV has expired and it does not come through the TÜV any more. My plan is the following: * Short test drive with buyer (the car may be driven another month) * Contract of purchase and handing over money in cash (the amount is relatively small) * I keep license plates and license plates, the buyer receives the car letter * Buyer loads car onto the transporter and disappears * I report the car officially to the registration office on presentation of the license plate and the license plates. Unfortunately, the last point is not so easy because I got an appointment at the registration office only in 4 weeks (!). Is this procedure even okay? Thanks for all the answers!
