Standard xenon without headlight washing system?

Hello together, the topic Xenon and SRA appears here again and again, but then only with regard to retrofits. But what is it exactly different about now? So a vehicle was delivered as standard with Xenon and SRA. Then the vehicle obviously got another original bumper but WITHOUT SRA. The bumper has the E-mark etc. and would therefore be allowed in principle. I wonder how this can be, since the vehicle in question is basically In addition, it was always delivered with Xenon and therefore there should be no bumper without SRA at all… Maybe there was also someone tinkering with the bumper and the holes for the SRA… at first glance it is not recognizable that there were holes for the SRA. But regardless of this: If the car was delivered as standard with SRA and Xenon and now the SRA is no longer available, then the vehicle must not be used on public roads either. and how would it be if the SRA were present, but it didn’t work? Thanks and greeting Schutzschi
