Hello, what is noticeable again and again (just relived today) is especially in the Elbe tunnel that columns form…which are getting slower and slower as long as it goes downhill and again and again is slowed down and the whole traffic comes almost to a stop (fearing braking) then it goes uphill again is whimpering faster…. so it comes again and again to traffic jams that are not at all comprehensible…. in the Alpine tunnels I have never experienced this before….seems a special ”Elbtunnelphenomenon” to be… or are there similar reports from the alpine or mountainous regions…??
