Hello, I know that this topic has been dealt with quite often, but I find that my situation is not answered here. I drive a black Skoda fabia combi TDI with 90 hp with which I started this evening at 6 o’clock for the first time on that day. I live in a residential area which is not scattered or cleared. I wanted to drive to a friend and drove slowly through the snowy road towards the main road. I turn into the cleared main street and there my engine was still cold I accelerated slowly and I wanted to know if the road was smooth by making a small slippery one. I drove at 50 km/h because it was smooth as well. After 300 meters I braked because of a sharp left turn. After the left turn it went downhill and I let the car roll. I can not say exactly how fast I was, but definitely not faster than 55 km/h. After about 400 meters I look in the rear mirror blue light and stop. The police officer got out and said. She again (he stopped me for the third time in half a year) and accused me of having run through the city with at least 80 things, which I am not at all. His colleague stood still next to him and said nothing. “We followed them with 100 things, they must have driven at least 80 km/h fast,” he said and I told him that it was smooth and that my engine was cold and I didn’t drive a motor. He just said, “That’s what you saw in the main street. Your car broke out because of the strong acceleration.” I just said that I’d write down their two names now. I could burst if I hear something like that. So a young policeman claims that I’m racing through the city with at least 80 things. At 80 I would have flown out of the curve! First of all I wonder how he’s on a 700 meter long track with a strong cure I’d like to check it out.
