V70 III, engine damage, swords and carfax

Hello and good day, I am completely new here and come on a sad occasion. From the subject it is already clear what it is about. We stayed last week on the A7 with our V70 III Bj 2009: timing belts defective, engine damage is the diagnosis. Here I found then during research on the topic of timing belts, KM stand and above all the seller or mediator, a car house in swords not quite unknown here and a contact EnrcAdlr as well as the two older threads:https:/ /www.motor-talk.de/forum/a1-motorwelt-in-schwerte-t5324445.htmlhttps://www.motor-talk.de/…hende-tachomanupulation-t5117988.html All old fish, why the thread: I want to make the whole incident a little public on the one hand, on the other hand – even if there is probably nothing to do legally – not just drop under the table. Mainly also because I have now evidence that the KM stand was manipulated down by at least 112000 km. Based on d he chassis number I found at carfax.nl, where a visit to the Dutch TÜV (APK) is stored for this number. A KM-stand of 177341 km was documented there in November 2013. On the purchase in May 2014 the GTÜ-report of the sales day was there, there was given to this chassis number the km-stand with 64525, previous owner according to letter a company Admissio GmbH, which is not unknown here in the forum. Quite clearly the A-card was drawn, but if I to anyone dami I’m a little comforted.
