Hello, since I will upgrade to full-year tyres I am faced with the decision whether it will be 215/55 R16 or 205/55 R16. At present there are 215 tyres on it, but according to the vehicle registration I can also drive 205. The additional price for the wider tyres is at least 160€ per set. Are the narrower tyres in the 2.0 TDI (Passat 3C; Built:2005; 140 HP) overburdened, or do they have any other disadvantages?
