Hallihallo! Car: 96 Escort 1.6 16V (Who cares, I got almost all the problems with my timing belt [it was the bottles of spark plugs from the fFH inside], except: ) So I re-learned it (forced mase); I brought it up to operating temperature before, battery dropped off (70 min), idle (2~3 minutes), 1200 rpm (2 minutes), city, country road, highway; all in all 40 km; So now to my problem: if I leave it standing for longer time and then start it commutes at ~1200 rpm; only then it goes by itself for a few seconds to 1500 rpm; then everything is back to normal. Only the funny thing is that it doesn’t do it every time. Can it be that I’ve learned it wrong? Or that the steering device has a kick away? (has anyone got tips for real learning?) M.f.G.
