I had the following problem on my R: The torque course was Sch… (Please don’t say a 2 litre vacuum cleaner has no torque anyway). So at about 4000 revolutions there was a moment break to approx. 160 NM. On the diagram it looked as if he was trying to fix something. From about 5800 upm it was 190 NM again. Feeling like the car was going monstrous because of the kick effect at 5800 upm, at least for drivers who don’t know the R. Long speech, short sense errors in the control unit. Errors were deleted after a small tour he was standing in again. (no engine control light on) control units were exchanged one after the other. As last (after months of searching) however, there was a message from Hr. Honda which referred to the control unit in the fuse box (?known problem?). Backup box was completely exchanged (seeking now the 8 of the work). As soon as I have understood something else for the warranty.
