With the Log R app I have my problems. And only purely connection-wise. The app itself works well on the Connect when it is running. Because usually it does not do this with my smartphone Huawei Mate 20 Pro. First problem no connection to the Connect directly after the plug-on. Error message: “Vehicle data could not be received”. Plug out / back in if you are lucky then. Next problem, the connection breaks off suddenly while driving. Missing rmessung: “Authentication failed, confirm the mobile reception”. And now finally, since today there is nothing more with Log R. Error message: “No new messages during this journey”… There are several possibilities for this disaster: Either it’s on the Connect itself, but I don’t think so, because other apps like Google Maps run smoothly. Or it’s due to the Log R app, or Honda CarService. Or Android car is also to blame. There are constantly new updates. . I don’t know what you think about it either… Does anyone else have the same problems as me, and maybe even a solution for it? In the PlayStore there are at least a few others that have written bad reviews there. Unfortunately, the app developers don’t respond to it.
